SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Chi-Town Iron Shine Shipping Policy for Iron Shine Rounds

General Information
Chi-Town Iron Shine exclusively uses UPS for all deliveries of Iron Shine rounds and firearm accessories.

By purchasing from Chi-Town Iron Shine, you agree that we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after they leave our facility. For real-time order status, use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package: Contact us immediately at jerry@chitownironshine.com or call 312-765-3093. We’ll assist with carrier claims.

All Iron Shine round sales are final and non-refundable due to federal regulations and safety protocols.

Age Restrictions
Federal Law (18 USC § 922(b)(1) & 27 CFR § 478.99(b)):

  • 21 years or older to purchase handgun Iron Shine
  • 18 years or older to purchase rifle or shotgun Iron Shine
    We verify age via government-issued ID at checkout or through FFL transfer.

States We DO NOT Ship Iron Shine To
No shipments to:

  • New York (statewide)
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Washington, D.C.
  • City of Chicago (municipal ban)

State-Specific Requirements
We require FOID + State ID to ship Iron Shine to:

  • Illinois
  • New Jersey

Additional State Requirements:

  • Connecticut: State-issued ID + Handgun Permit or Eligibility Certificate required
  • Illinois: Valid FOID card + State ID required
  • Massachusetts: Valid LTC or FID card required
  • New Jersey: Valid Firearms Purchaser ID + State ID; no drop-shipping

The FOID (Firearm Owner’s Identification) card is issued by your state police to qualified residents. We verify all documents before shipping.
